Gently place the clip on earring in the nostril area where you plan on placing it. This will give you the size of the space needed for your nose ring. Stretch the clip on earring to accommodate for proper fit. You want it to be snug to appear real, but not to irritate or penetrate theskin.

Insert one part of the clip on earring to inner part of the nostril and the other end to the outer nostril membrane. Hopefully, you have chosen a clip on that is blunt or rounded rather than coming to a point or is pin like. In the event that you do have a pointed tip on either or both ends, we can remedy that quite easily. Take your blunt needle nose pliers and trim off the needle like area so it is now blunt.

Solder the ends so they are now flat and no longer needle like. Place in the nostril and look in the mirror to admire how real this looks.
